Vilords Technologies reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by Vilords Technologies when Vilords Technologies decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise.

SERVER USE
Vilords Technologies reserves the right to refuse service and /or access to its servers to anyone. Vilords Technologies do not allow any of the following content to be stored on its servers:

Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation.

Adult Material - Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of Vilords Technologies.

Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.

ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES
Our services may not be used for illegal purposes, or in support of illegal activities. We reserve the right to cooperate with legal authorities and/or injured third parties in the investigation of any suspected crime or civil wrongdoing.

UNSOLICITED E-MAILS, NEWS BOMBING (SPAM)
Use of our service to transmit any unsolicited commercial or unsolicited bulk e-mail is expressly prohibited. Violations of this type will result in the immediate termination of the offending account. Anyone hosting websites or services on their server that support spammers or cause any of our IP space to be listed in any of the various Spam Databases will have their server immediately removed from our network. The server will not be reconnected until such time that you agree to remove any and all traces of the offending material immediately upon reconnection and agree to allow us access to the server to confirm that all material has been completely removed. Severe violations may result in immediate and permanent removal of the server from our network without notice to the customer. Any server guilty of a second violation will be immediately and permanently removed from our network without notice. Malicious intent to impede another person's use of electronic mail services or news will result in the immediate termination of the offending account.

COPYRIGHT OR TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT
Use of our service to transmit any material (by e-mail, uploading, posting or otherwise) that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other proprietary rights of any third party, including, but not limited to, the unauthorized copying of copyrighted material, the digitization and distribution of photographs from magazines, books, or other copyrighted sources, and the unauthorized transmittal of copyrighted software. Use of our service to collect, or attempt to collect, personal information about third parties without their knowledge or consent. Distribution and/or posting of copyrighted or the aforementioned infringements will not be tolerated.

Network disruptions
Use of our service for any activity which affects the ability of other people or systems to our Services or the Internet. This includes "denial of service" (DOS) attacks against another network host or individual user. Interference with or disruption of other network users, services or equipment is prohibited. We will not tolerate any subscriber attempting to access the accounts of others, or penetrate security measures of other systems, whether or not the intrusion results in corruption or loss of data. We do not allow hosting of IRC, IRC Bots or eggdrops on our network. Accounts found hosting this material will be subject to immediate cancellation without refund. Use of our service to access, or to attempt to access, the accounts of others, or to penetrate, or attempt to penetrate, security measures of VILORDS TECHNOLOGIES or another entity's computer software or hardware, electronic communications system, or telecommunications system, whether or not the intrusion results in the corruption or loss of data, is expressly prohibited and the offending account is subject to immediate termination.

Security
You are responsible for any misuse of your account, even if the inappropriate activity was committed by a friend, family member, guest or employee. Therefore, you must take necessary steps to ensure that others do not gain unauthorized access to your account. In addition, you may not use your account to breach security of another account or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another network or server.
 
Network Security
Our accounts operate on shared network resources. Excessive use or abuse of these resources by one customer may have a negative impact on all other customers. Misuse of network resources in a manner which impairs network performance is prohibited by this policy and may result in termination of your account.

HIGH RESOURCE USER POLICY
Resources are defined as bandwidth and/or processor utilization.
Vilords Technologies may implement the following policy to its sole discretion:
When a website is found to be monopolizing the resources available Vilords Technologies reserves the right to suspend that site immediately. This policy is only implemented in extreme circumstances and is intended to prevent the misuse of our servers.

REFUNDS
All Web Hosting plans include 15 days money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with our service and we are not able to provide what we promised, you will receive a full refund.
Any request for cancellation must be received via the web form, Phone or E-mail and you will receive a confirmation upon the cancellation of your account. No refunds are available after 15 days.

Accounts cancelled/terminated by Vilords Technologies for violating our Terms of Use do not qualify for the 15-days money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, you will not be given any refund.

Customer refund requests are to be sent via email or phone within 15 days from service purchase date and will only be processed in the cases of service non-performance or corruption that might be caused by Vilords Technologies side, Refund requests will not be accepted if it's requested for any cause that's out of Vilords Technologies side, For example:

    · Failure of any third party programs that's not supported by Vilords Technologies.
    · Customer's leakage of experience dealing with web basics and communication
      protocols.

INDEMNIFICATION
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Vilords Technologies harmless from all liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Vilords Technologies , its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Vilords Technologies against liabilities arising out of;
(1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Vilords Technologies ' server;
(2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party;
(3) copyright infringement and
(4) any defective products sold to customer from Vilords Technologies' server.

DISCLAIMER
Vilords Technologies will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Vilords Technologies makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Vilords Technologies disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The includes loss of data resulting from delays, non deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Vilords Technologies and its employees. Vilords Technologies reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
